Meeting / Event Information is the specific information about the event that you would like captioned.
Important: Caption Phone # is the phone number our caption writer is going to call. This phone will need to be able to pick up the conversation or speaker so our caption writer can hear them.
Facility Information is used if you are going to a professional meeting like a doctor's appointment, meeting with an attorney, attending class, etc.
